Cavite: A Rising Philippine Residential Hub

Yellow townhousesWhen it comes to the best place to live in the Philippines, many people will mention the capital Manila off the top of their head. For a growing number of people, however, they’ll say Cavite, a fast-growing province south of the capital.

To find out the reasons why they prefer Cavite, read on.

Housing developments

In Cavite, there are many residential areas you can choose from. Some of these, as revealed by reviews of properties like those of Lancaster New City’s, are part of mixed-use developments, so the houses are built near commercial and business districts.

Schools and amenities are also often integrated into these projects. The best part in all of these, though, is that most houses are reasonably priced and offered with easy payment arrangements.

Comforts and conveniences

Living in Cavite doesn’t mean shuttling between Manila and the province to experience the perks of city life. You’ll find numerous malls – where you can shop, dine, see movies, etc. – all over the province. Recreation centers like museums, parks, and golf courses are there as well.

What’s more, the province has many tourist destinations – such as the Corregidor Island, Aguinaldo Shrine, and Mt. Pico de Loro – that the capital cannot offer.

Proximity to the metro

Located just around 21 kilometers from Metro Manila, the province of Cavite is very accessible from the metro. Buses are plying between the area and many parts of the metro, including the country’s business district Makati, at most times of the day.

Regularly travelling to the metro isn’t a problem, then. In fact, if you’d still rather work in Makati, a daily commute to work is possible. Just be prepared to spend an hour or two on the road each way.

So if you’re looking for a place to settle in the Philippines, consider Cavite. The province is not only near Manila but also enjoys the perks of city life.
